The package contributes to the understanding of the effect sports have on the environment and planning and implementation of sports in harmony with nature and environment protection and preservation.

Outlines of Nature’s Four Elements Sports Events are designed to guide and support sport professionals, sport clubs and stakeholders during the management and execution of sports events combined with environmental reflection through the use of experiential learning, aiming at raising awareness on the link between sport and environment and in general on environmentally friendly practices.
Sport & Environment Local Championship Implementation Guide – Combining sport activity and environmental actions
The implementation guide provides guidelines on how to organise and implement sports activities together with environmental actions, in the form of local championships of team sports tournaments and relays with a mixed scoring system based on the results obtained during the sports tournaments and the scores obtained by the teams during a series of parallel environmental competitions.
